Antistatic roller with toothed belt drive, quite operation, for in-house unit handling and pallet transport, resistant to temperatures from –10°C to +40°C.

Maximum dynamic load capacity:

• conveyor roller Ø50 mm – 0,80 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø60 mm – 1,00 kN;
• conveyor roller Ø80 mm – 2,50 kN.

Maximum conveying speed:

• 2 m/s for conveyor roller with Ø50 mm.

Tube dimensions:

• galvanized steel tube acc. to DIN 2394: Ø50x1,5 mm, Ø50x2 mm, Ø60x1,5 mm, Ø60x2 mm, Ø80x2 mm, Ø80x3 mm.
• PVC tube: Ø50x2,8 mm, Ø63x3 mm;
• stainless steel tube: Ø50x1,5 mm.

Axle:

• plastic bearing plate with precision grooved ball bearing 6202–ZZ (–2RS) and labyrinth seal.
